This position is ideal for passionate individuals ready to make a difference in patients’ lives by screening, testing, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of injuries, diseases, and disabilities using standard physical therapy techniques. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will engage with patients, educating and training them and their caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions and document findings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans specifying goals and anticipated outcomes, including tailored exercise regimens both onsite and for home routines.
- Evaluate patients’ potential for independence and reintegration into their workplace or community post-injury or illness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
- Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure is required.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
To succeed in this role, you should possess exemplary knowledge and application of physical therapy principles, along with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Being highly organized, a team player, and having the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to carry, climb, crawl, lift, push/pull, see, speak, squat/kneel, stand, and walk.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $41.22 to $63.59, commensurate with experience.
